Who will lead RINA into its next chapter?

Dear Members of RINA,

The Institution’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 28th May 2026 and voting members will be invited to approve the Resolution for the election of the Institution’s next President.

Honorary Professor Catriona Savage’s first 2-year term as President of the Institution will draw to a close this year and therefore members will be invited to vote to approve the election or (re-election) of the next President of RINA at the Annual General Meeting.

The nominations procedure for the election of the President is available upon request and members are now invited to nominate candidates for consideration as the next President of the Institution.

The closing date for nominations is Tuesday 23rd December 2025.

The Nominations Committee will consider all nominations, and the preferred candidate will be presented to the members at the AGM in May 2026.
